• Roughly 20 minutes prior to the interview, the interviewer will show up on site to record the Facebook teaser outside of the guest’s business. Guest is not required to attend this recording.

• Roughly ten (10) minutes prior to the interview, the interview will show up on site to set up the podcast recording equipment at a desk, table, or surface area where the interviewer and guest(s)may have a comfortable conversation for the interview.

• At the appointed time of the interview, the interviewer will go over the List of Questions with the guest to highlight and review specific areas to be covered in the interview.

• The interview commences.

• At the end of the interview, the interviewer will ask the guest to inform the audience the best ways to get in touch with them (phone number, email, website, social media, etc.)

• Once interview is concluded, the interviewer will record podcast promo with guest. (Interviewer will supply guest with their portion of the script on site.)

• Interviewer will inform guest of approximate broadcast date of interview.

• Interviewer will pack up recording equipment and thank guest for educating the Small Business Celebration podcast audience on how to grow a strong and profitable business.

Finally, if there happens to be an additional person joining us for the interview, they have an opportunity to take pictures and video to be used on social media to improve your web presence and further promote your business.
